Zaroorat - Calais Zaroorat is an organisation sponsored by the Davis Peace Project that aims to strengthen connections between NGOs and refugees in the Calais refugee camp.

Zaroorat is an organisation that aims to strengthen connections between NGOs and refugees in the Calais refugee camp. Our aim is to ensure that refugees receive the right help they need while living in the tough conditions of the camp. We use a cloud based platform to record the needs of camp residents and effectively distribute the required aid. We also liaise with NGOs working in the camp to enc

ourage greater coordination amongst them and improve effectiveness of the help they provide. The organisation is led by several United World College graduates with the help of a Davis Peace Project Grant. For information, queries, and ways to help - contact [email protected].
