Quel bonheur dâanimer un atelier aussi inspirant ce week-end! DĂšs le dĂ©but, jâai Ă©tĂ© conquise par ce projet : un groupe dâamies offrant un atelier en famille comme cadeau. Une idĂ©e pleine de sens.
Travailler dans lâintimitĂ© de leur propre famille, au cĆur de leur cuisine, a rendu lâexpĂ©rience encore plus forte. Ă travers des explorations sensorielles autour de la nourriture, tout le monde sâest naturellement retrouvĂ© autour de la table : goĂ»ter, sentir, toucher, Ă©changer⊠Un moment simple et prĂ©cieux, oĂč lâon ralentit et oĂč les liens se tissent.
Une famille adorable, une Ă©nergie douce, et ces instants qui me rappellent pourquoi jâaime tant transmettre et accompagner.
