Can IRC remove all cash registers operated by shops that doesn't show the name of the item being purchased and GST component?

Example is a customer receipt from an Asian store.

Effective June 2025, certain essential goods are GST zero rated.

Stores selling items using this type of cash registers, it will be difficult for customers and IRC to know if the zero GST is applied.

Also, when this companies or SMEs do annual GST returns, it's a difficult task for IRC to verify the annual GST returns is accurate.

Remove this cash registers and make it mandatory for shops to adopt cash registers that shows clearly items bought with it's price and the GST amount written on the customer receipt.

This task is important for IRC to implement as part of it's mandatory tax administration obligation to the Government of PNG and the citizens.
