Our school would like to announce that Enrolment for Years 9, 11, 12, and 13 has now closed. However, Enrolment for Year 10 will close this Friday, 6 February.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all families and students for the strong interest shown in Nilsen College. Thank you for your continued support, cooperation, and timely applications.

Our school principal recently visited Vatukoula Gold Mines and held a productive meeting with the Manager Corporate Services. The discussion focused on key areas that will greatly benefit our students and community:
Access to clean water for the school, ensuring a healthier and safer learning environment.
Usage of Theodore Park, requesting for assistance in maintaining the ground.
Requests for capital projects, aimed at improving facilities and supporting the growth of Nilsen College.

FIRST ASSEMBLY OF THE YEAR 2026 ๐ฟ๐
We give thanks for a blessed and successful start to the academic year with our first school assembly.
This year, our school will be led by:

Together with 19 dedicated teachers and 2 support staff, we are ready to serve our students with commitment and excellence.
We sincerely acknowledge and thank our teachers who have left our school to continue serving in other schools: Mr Karan, Mr Wasei, and Mr Uvnesh Chand. Your contributions to our school will always be appreciated. We also warmly welcome back Mrs Ligaโwe are delighted to have you with us again.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Talatala Tuitoga for blessing our assembly and our school as we begin this academic year. Thank you as well to our Manager, Mr Masori, for availing himself to support our school.
Our school roll has now exceeded 300 students, and we sincerely thank the Vatukoula community for your continued trust and support. The Ministry of Education wishes to inform all students that eTransport cards for Term 1, 2026, have been topped up and are ready for redemption.
Redeeming of ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ณ๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ will commence on ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฌ๐๐๐ฒ, ๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ at the following locations:

Students are encouraged to redeem their cards promptly in preparation for the start of school.

The Minister for Education, Hon. Aseri Radrodro wishes to inform the public that the Fiji Year 12 Certificate Examination (FY12CE) Provisional Results will be released tomorrow, Friday 9 January, 2026.
A total of 12,020 students sat for FY12CE in 2025 and the Ministry has recorded 74% pass rate this year compared to 2024 whereby 12,868 students sat for FY12CE and recorded a pass rate of 76%.
The Education Minister congratulates all Year 12 students for their hard work and dedication, โI wish to thank you all for your tireless efforts in working towards your goal while overcoming numerous obstacles along the way.โ
โI also extend my sincere appreciation to all the Heads of Schools, Teachers, Parents, Guardians, School Management Committees who have played a crucial role in guiding and assisting our students throughout their academic journey. Congratulations also to the secondary schools that have improved their overall results,โ said Hon. Radrodro.
The Education Minister also expresses gratitude to the 5 secondary schools that achieved a 100% pass rate in this examination in 2025 compared to 4 in 2024. These schools are Nadarivatu High School, Levuka Public School, Rabi High School, Valebasoga Secondary School and Duavata Secondary School.
Moreover, 5 government schools are equally commended as they improved their pass rates in this examination. The schools are Levuka Public School, Queen Victoria School, Sila Central High School, Suva Grammar School and Nasinu Secondary School.
The provisional results will be released online and can be accessed through the link www.examresults.gov.fj. All Year 12 students can use their Examination Code Number and personal credentials to access their results. However, students who do not have internet access can obtain the results from their respective schools or District Education Office.
Hon. Radrodro further states that students who wish to apply for a recount or a remark can submit an application at the Examinations and Assessment Office at Gohil Building or at their nearest District Education Office. The 30-day Provisional Period will allow students to apply for a recount or a remark.
