i. Certificate in Hospitality - Level 4
ii. Certificate in Commercial Cookery - Level 4
iii. Certificate in Patisserie - Level 4

We are located in:
1. USP Laucala Campus
2. Nadi Hospitality Tourist and Training Centre (Namaka)

Duration of Study:
i. 1.5 years Full Time study
ii. 2 Years Part-time study
