Upskilling leadership confidence to rejuvenate existing knowledge, processes, experience and compassion.
We were quite fortunate to help facilitate this 2 Day Leadership and Governance Workshop for the Soqosoqo Vakamarama o Kadavu from 12-13 November 2024.
We dissected personality differences and how it appears in relationships, communication and leadership. The women were quite responsive, active and engaged in the discussions on improving relationships and collaboration to building a more resilient Kadavu.
From individual reflections, ice breakers, resource mobilization, entrepreneurship discussions in their respective 9 Tikina’s to mock meetings, we had a great 2 day session on finding community based solutions to not only bring economical sustainability, but also cultural and spiritual sustainability.
The training workshop was planned by the Marama Sausauvou o Kadavu and co-facilitated by Veronika Naiwaqa, with the kind funding from iTaukei Land Trust Board
