International Women's Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The 2026 theme is which emphasises that empowering women leads to shared prosperity.

NEW EXHIBITION OPENING IN 7 DAYS!

The Oceania Centre is delighted to open our 2026 exhibition programme with a photography exhibition called 'Dancing With The Times' by Isaiah Tagilala.

Opening to the public on 13 March, this innovative exhibition experience celebrates street photography and urban issues from the lens of a young iTaukei man.

Only open for 2 weeks, this is a not-to-miss experience, so visit us while it is here!

Meet Ulaiasi Uluilakeba who hails from Vanua Levu. Ulaisi and his wife Sainimere recently enrolled at USP in the Certificate in Early Childhood Education, driven by their shared dream of building a better future for their family. They have two children one of whom is at Kindergarten. As parents of two young kids they understand the importance of quality education and stable employment. We wish them all the best in their studies.
