Yhdistys edustaa tohtoriohjelmien kaikkia tohtorikoulutettavia – täys-päiväisesti tutkivia, osa-aikaisia ja kansainvälisiä opiskelijoita. JUNec
ton tavoitteena on ajaa tohtori-koulutettavien oikeuksia yliopistolla, kehittää yhtei-söllisyyttä ja parantaa verkostoitumista. JUNecto suunnittelee ja järjestää akateemisia ja sosiaalisia tapahtumia Junon ja Utulingin tohtori-koulutettaville. Lisäksi yhdistys tukee ja avustaa ohjelmien kansainvälisiä tohtorikoulutettavia.

JUNecto ry an association for doctoral candidates in the University of Turku’s Faculty of Humanities’ doctoral programmes, Juno and Utuling. The association represents all doctoral candidates in the programmes – full-time, part-time and international students. JUNecto’s goal is to advocate the rights of the programmes’ PhD students, create communality and enhance networking. JUNecto plans and organizes academic and social events for the doctoral candidates of Juno and Utuling. In addition, the association supports and assists international doctoral students in the programmes.
