Tänään saimme aloittaa päivän mielenkiintoisten esitysten ja maukkaan aamupalan äärellä Kampusklubin aamukahveilla!☀️☕️

Hervannan kampusareenalle kokoontui yritysedustajia sekä tutkijoita kuuntelemaan puheenvuoroja kauppatieteiden ajankohtaisista tutkimusaiheista. Aamun avasi Pertti Lukkarin (GIM Oy), joka antoi Kampusklubin jäsenen näkökulman alustuksena päivän aiheille.

Markkinoinnin professori Hannu Saarijärvi kertoi asiakaslähtöisyyden ja asiakaskokemuksen johtamisen merkitystä yrityksen kasvun ja kannattavuuden kehittämisessä. Laskentatoimen yliopistonlehtori Hannele Mäkelä keskittyi hiililaskentaan ja ESG-raportointiin, avaten vastuullisuusraportoinnin merkitystä ja sen toteuttamista yrityksissä. Vakuutustieteen apulaisprofessori Timo Rintamäki käsitteli strategista riskienhallintaa ja sen roolia yritysten kilpailukyvyn vahvistamisessa.

Mielenkiintoiset aihepiirit herättivät kuulijoissa paljon ajatuksia sekä hyvää keskustelua ja kysymyksiä💡

Kauppatieteiden yksikkö haluaa tehdä yhteistyötä yritysten ja muiden sidosryhmien kanssa myös jatkossa, joten ole tarvittaessa rohkeasti yhteydessä päivän puhujiin.

Tervetuloa mukaan työnhaun myyttejä yhdessä työnantajien kanssa murtavaan tapahtumaan! Aiempi Rekryrovio järjestettiin Tampereen yliopiston Hervannan kampuksella, m***a tämä sisartapahtuma on keskustakampuksen Cafè & Aula Toivossa, päätalon 2. kerroksessa tiistaina 21.2. klo 12.15.

Preparing for a career in Finland // Building Pre-professional Identity with Industry Stakeholders

💎 Greetings from the first training session 25.10. 💎

➡️ What: A six month training programme piloted by Tampere Chamber of Commerce and Industry helps students understand the expectations Finnish work life sets for young graduates.
Participation in the pilot provides a good starting point in the search for the first internship, summer job and/or thesis position in Finland.

Highlights from the session:

✔️ 54/60 attendees showed up
✔️Students seemed very alert for the whole session and many got engaged in the discussion, too.
✔️It was agreed that that, if the students participate 5/6 sessions and write a short, reflective learning diary on each session, they will get a certificate on participating the programme.

🟡 Let's start from the Clubroom; the place where we first appeared to the public eye. The room where we always gather to scheme.

🟡 Our Clubroom in Hervanta campus is in 24/7 use of our members. Make a cup of coffee, grab a cookie and rest for a bit in this peaceful room while visiting Hervanta.

🟡 We have a little kitchen with a coffeemaker, kettle for boiling water, microwave and fridge.
🟡The room also has its own toilet.
🟡Different kinds of seats both soft and hard. Tables for working.
