☕️ The same idea, two different Finnish levels! 🇫🇮

🟢 A1: “Suomalaiset juovat paljon kahvia.”
→ “Finns drink a lot of coffee.”
A simple sentence using basic vocabulary and grammar.

* suomalaiset = Finns
* juovat = drink
* paljon = a lot
* kahvia = coffee

🟡 B1: “Kahvin juominen on tärkeä osa suomalaista arkea.”
→ “Drinking coffee is an important part of everyday Finnish life.”
This sentence is more advanced because it uses “kahvin juominen” (drinking coffee) and describes the role coffee has in everyday life.

* kahvin juominen = drinking coffee
* tärkeä osa = an important part
* suomalaista = Finnish
* arkea = everyday life

✨ Both sentences talk about coffee, but the B1 sentence gives you more detail and uses more advanced structures!

What’s the difference between A1 and B1 Finnish? 🤔🇫🇮

At A1 level, you use simpler vocabulary and sentence structures:
“Käytän sosiaalista mediaa joka päivä ja katson siellä kuvia ja videoita.”
→ I use social media every day and watch pictures and videos there.

At B1 level, you can express the same idea in a more natural and advanced way:
“Vietän päivittäin aikaa somessa seuraamalla erilaisia sisältöjä.”
→ I spend time on social media daily by following various types of content.

Same idea, different level! ✨ Which level are you currently at? 👇
