His Royal Majesty, Alayeluwa Oba (Prof.) Saka Adelola Ayokanmi Matemilola, Oluyalo-Otileta VII, the Olowu of Owu Kingdom, is a distinguished traditional ruler of Owu Kingdom, Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. A renowned scholar with a PhD in Applied Mechanics from the University of Cambridge, Kabiyesi exemplifies royal heritage, intellectual excellence, and an unwavering commitment to peace, community development, and the preservation of Yoruba culture.

His Royal Majesty’s wives are Olori Agba Adijat Bamidele Matemilola, also known as Olori Khadijah, and Olori Cecilia Naadensua Matemilola, a princess of the Adjumako Royal Lineage in Accra, Ghana, and a Development Queen Mother. Both are associated with the rich cultural heritage and enduring traditions of the revered Owu Kingdom.

Leadership & Personal Development Program

Olori Cecilia Naadensua Matemilola led a leadership training program for secondary school students, focused on building leadership capacity and encouraging young people to create positive change in their schools and communities. The session for today focused on "Community Leadership & Impact".

The session was facilitated by Amb. Elijah Temitope Akinola on behalf of Olori Cecilia, with discussions on community leadership, social impact, identifying problems, developing solutions and taking action.

The programme was attended by students of Peace Foundation International Group of Schools, Quarry Road, Abeokuta.

On behalf of Olori Cecilia Naadensua Matemilola, Mrs Busayo Bello, responsible for Palace Administration and Communications, presented certificates of participation to the students.
