A study about PPR disease investigation was carried out in the Dawa zone of the Somali regional state, (Ethiopia). the team led by Dr. Abdikarim Ali Rafle and Dr. Mohamed Dahir Awale confirmed the PPR disease in Mubarak district of Dawa zone. The SRS, Livestock Bearuea responded by sending the PPR vaccine. Now they are giving vaccination to all the animals in Mubarak district and neighboring districts to eradicate the PPR disease
