It seems , for some people it is easier to say “ it is out of my control” or they have their head in the sand therefore the problem is never solved and the problem just keeps on sn*******ng 😒!!!

💯 even if you don’t know long term goals… make short term goals. Focus on them and then make a new one. Celebrate your small victories and be at peace with being by yourself rather than being with others who don’t want you to be your best self!!! You are worth it!
