Leader embodied with peace and reconciliation to the communities has been always the leader Sociologists are standing tall with.

Former Governor of Upper Nile State, H.E Jacob Dollar Rut stabilized his State, by engaging direct with communities in their respective counties both socially and politically to make unity, peace and social coexistence over.

We are wishing him any further opportunity in any public post to lead and continue serving us all.
