We are live! YEP Ethiopia March Week Kaizen excellence center!

Since 2024, we have introduced two enrollment periods for the YEP Program: March and September. Previously, enrollment was only available in September. The registration for March is closed as we are fully booked, but registration for September is open.

Yesterday, we had the unique opportunity to visit Modjo Dryport & container terminal of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics. We were impressed by all operations at the largest logistics hub in Ethiopia! We observed how they applied in practice the topics we learned this week.

Yesterday, during our HRM session, our trainer Hans van Groningen reflected on the previous session in which we discussed Stephen R. Covey's 7 habits. What have you learned from the previous session, and have you implemented any of these habits in your company? It's great to hear that trainees are incorporating these habits into their work routines. 'Put first things first' and 'think win-win' were mentioned the most, and they really see the benefits of applying these habits.

We continued our course by learning about different leadership styles. What leadership style do you have, and what styles do you observe in your company?
