في هذه الأيام ، نشهد تقلبات صادمة في أسعار العملات بعد كوارث مثل الحروب والعقوبات والصدمات الاقتصادية. الوضع الحالي لبلدنا هو مثال على ذلك. هناك من يلجأ إلى الربا باتباع هذه الأعذار وما شابهها. وجوهر حججهم هو أن "هذه العملات الورقية ليست نقوداً وفق الشريعة". لذلك ، فهو ليس ربا. إنهم يدعون إلى أنه عندما تفتح حسابًا مصرفيًا ، افعل ذلك مباشرةً بفائدة وستتم محاسبتك على الفائدة كل شهر.
نسأل هؤلاء الناس
أولاً- من قال إن هذه الأموال الورقية لا تعتبر أموالاً شرعاً؟ هل أنت في موقع معرفي لإصدار مثل هذا الحكم؟ حكم الشرع من قبلك؟ تحليل المؤامرة بينما يقول النظام العالمي الجديد هو معرفة الشريعة؟ حتى لو كنت قد صقلت المعرفة الأكاديمية (إن وجدت) ، فهل تعطي فتوى على أساس المعرفة الأكاديمية؟ اعرض ما تقوله على العلماء واصطف من ورائهم. فلتعطي الفتوى بواسطتهم لا منك.
ثانيًا: هل تفهم أنك عندما تقول إن هذه الأموال لا تعتبر مالًا شرعيًا ، فأنت تقول إنه لا زكاة في هذا اليوم وهذا العصر؟ كل ما عليك فعله لتخطي هذه النقطة هو تحليل متشابك للهراء. بعد قولك: "الإسلام لا يعتبر نقودك الورقية نقوداً" على أي أساس تقنعه بإخراج الزكاة؟
ثالثًا: إذا قلت: هذه الأموال أوراق لا قيمة لها ، فهي لا تعتبر مالًا شرعيًا ، فما هو الدعم الشرعي الذي تستخدمونه في شراء منازل وسيارات وبضائع ...؟ هل تأخذ أموال الناس بورقة لا تعترف بها الشريعة؟ "ماذا لو وافق البائع؟" انه لا يعمل. الاتفاق لا يجعل الحرم حلالاً. الزنا والربا ... لأنها تمت بالاتفاق لن يتغير حكمهم.
إنه بخس أن نقول إنه ليس نقودًا غير الذهب والفضة. بينما يتم تداول الذهب والفضة مثل القلوب ، يقال إنه إذا كان هناك اختلاف في الرأي ، فعندما يتم تبادل النقود الورقية. في هذا العصر الذي لا يوجد فيه الذهب والفضة كعملة ، ولكن بدلاً من ذلك يتم استبدالهما بالكامل بالنقود الورقية ، فإن القول بأنها لا تعتبر نقودًا في الشريعة على الإطلاق يشبه القول بعدم وجود شمس عند الظهيرة.

The cry of usurers
(Part - 1: Introduction)

In these days, shocking currency fluctuations are seen following disasters such as wars, sanctions, and economic shocks. Current situation of our country is an example of this. There are people who resort to usury following these and similar excuses. The crux of their argument is that "these paper currencies are not money according to Sharia". Therefore, it is not usury. They are preaching that when you open a bank account, do it directly with interest and you will be charged interest every month.
We ask these people
1st- Who said that these fiat funds are not considered as money in Sharia? Are you in a position of knowledge to make such a judgment? Sharia judgment is given by you? Conspiracy analysis while saying New World Order is Sharia knowledge? Even if you have refined academic knowledge (if any), does it give a fatwa based on academic knowledge? Present what you say to the scholars and line up behind them. Let the fatwa be given by them, not by you.
2nd- Do you understand that when you say that these funds are not considered as money in Sharia, you are saying that there is no zakat in this day and age? All you have to do to skip this point is a cobwebbed analysis of nonsense. After saying, "Islam does not consider the paper money you have as money," on what basis do you convince him to pay Zakah?
3rd- If you say, "These funds are worthless papers, they are not considered as money in Shariah." Which Shariah support do you use them to buy houses, cars, goods,...? Are you taking people's property with a paper that is not recognized by Sharia? "What if the seller agrees?" It does not work. Agreement does not make the Haram Halal. Adultery, usury transactions, ... because they were done by agreement, their verdict will not change.
It is an understatement to say that it is not money other than gold and silver. While gold and silver are traded like hearts, it is said that if there is a difference of opinion, when paper money comes in exchange. In this age where gold and silver do not exist as a currency, but instead are completely replaced by fiat money, saying that they are not considered as money in Sharia at all is like arguing that there is no sun at noon.
