PROJECT INTRODUCTION
Special Talent Expression program (STEP)
STEP is a project to showcase end inspire students across Ethiopia into a competitive extracurricular engagement to inspire each other and inspire younger students with exposure to creativity born from the minds of Young Africans.

Sagantaan agarsiisa dandeettii addaa (SADA) kaayyoo fi karoora guddaa qabatee kan socho'uu yoo ta'u, innis hunda caalaa kan xiyyeeffate guddina Afaan Oromoo fi babal'ina isaa magaalaa Finfinnee keessatti eegalame mirkaneessuu dha.

STEP stands for special Talent Expression program which is aimed at expansion and improvement of the Afaan Oromoo language in Finfinne area which has began few years ago. It supports the schools found in Finfinne are to specifically improve the expansion of the language across the city.

STEP (SADA) is a community based organization that is focused on Afaan Oromo language development along with its implementation and the pursuit of finding gifted students in Ethiopia.

Our belief is that current and future generations need the support and means to pursue language and knowledge. We also intended to add Afaan Oromo language to curriculums, hold cultural events and introduce prize based competitions for students to participate in.

We firmly believe that this course of action and focus on current students shall be paramount in this goal.

We only seek various means of support in this endeavor.
