The Appointment of Independent Electoral Committee

Title and Commencement

This order shall be cited as Chairperson’s Order No. 02, dated 1st April 2026, for the appointment of the Independent Electoral Committee of the Warrap State Students’ Union in Ethiopia. It shall come into force on the date of its signature by the Chairperson of the Warrap State Students’ Union.

The Order

In the exercise of the power conferred upon me under Article 17.1(d) of the Warrap State Students’ Union General Regulation (August 2024, as amended), I, Dominic Deng Geng, Chairperson of the Warrap State Students’ Union in Ethiopia, do hereby issue this Executive Order for the appointment of the Independent Electoral Committee of the Warrap State Students’ Union in Ethiopia, with effect from 1st April 2026.

First of all, the leadership of the Warrap State Students’ Union in Ethiopia, would like to send its sincere congratulations to Mr. Marcelo Nyon Kuech on earning his Mechanical Engineering degree from Wolaita S**o University. It was not an easy task, but you gave it your best.

This achievement didn’t come by coincidence, but reflecting upon your determination, and commitment. The opposite part of this achievement is the knowledge that you have gained through out your career.

The Office of the Warrap State Students’ Union in Ethiopia proudly extends its warmest and most heartfelt congratulations to our esteemed daughter, Angath Tong Lirpiny, on her graduation today with a Bachelor’s degree in the College of Health Sciences, Department of Medical Laboratory at Mezan Tepi University, Ethiopia.

The sleepless nights and countless assignments have shaped her into the remarkable professional she is today in the medical field. We are immensely proud of her for turning dreams into reality.
