Regina Family Center The Regina Family Center @ Addisu Gebeya is a wellness center, a meeting point for families during the weekend and a great place to ride horses.

We also run meditation & yoga sessions every first Sunday of the Month. The Regina Family Center is a private limited company, founded by a group of mothers inspired by family life and the work of Regina Avery, a German midwife in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We are dedicated to provide health care for families in Ethiopia and increase their knowledge about natural and safe birth, breastfeeding and rais

ing happy and healthy children. Regina Family Center offers a family atmosphere where children and parents feel at home and enjoy a free, creative environment as much as the beautiful greenery and playground in the middle of busy Addis Ababa. Today, we are happy announce that our doors are open and that we are offering the following services and activities:

1) Daycare
Our center also provides daycare for children from 12 months up to 4 years. We adopt the Waldorf childcare system blended with Ethiopian culture. We focus on the dignity of children by providing the children an environment of love and security, giving them space to develop their creativity and individuality. Registration is possible all year round.

2) Movement
For now we offer pregnancy and postnatal yoga at various locations in town, by Heran’s Yoga.

3) Weekend activities
On Saturdays and Sundays we host children’s birthday parties for all ages, family reunions and other family oriented parties. In the near future we will set up more segments of our family center. Phone: +251 (0) 929112170
