The civilization signifies the use of science and technology long before the civilization of the western world. This means science was used longtime ago in the continent of Africa to carry out various development activities. Therefore, it’s not new. However, at a later s

tage the use of science and technology was fossilized and hence vibrant development process ceased. Because the school knows science is not alien to Africa, it strongly believes that it is possible to revive and resurrect science and technology to be part and parcel of newly emerging African continent. It is preferred to name the School Yeha science and Technology because of the significant historical evidences which show that science and technology has been part of culture and civilization of our nation Ethiopia.
