The World Water Day 2024 Conference: "Water for Peace: Challenges and Prospects" was a success! Held in Jigjiga, Somali Region, this event, co-organized by Ozone Institute and Jigjiga Institute of Technology, along with partners University of Kabridahar, Water Bureau, LLRP, and Somali Design and Supervision Bureau, was a collaborative effort to advocate for water awareness and equitable access.
Special thanks to Vice President of Jigjiga University, Dr. Abdiraud A. Hasan, and LLRP Coordinator, Mukhtar Cabdi Ma'alin, for their contributions. We also appreciate the Director of Jigjiga University, Institute of Technology, Eng Hassan Ahmed.
