𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁: 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 ♟️

What happens when a supervisor is more than just a "boss"? What happens when they become a coach, a strategist, and a culture-builder?

Last week, we spent an intensive day with the 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗟𝗖. The energy in the room was a powerful reminder: 𝗔𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁-𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁:
In every organization, leadership starts at the top, but it 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴 in the supervisors.

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of an intensive 𝟯-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 for the sales team at Vistros Management Consultancy OM PLC! 🏆

Over three high-energy days, the Ubuntu Mind Excellence team worked with 50 dedicated sales professionals to sharpen the skills required for world-class duty-free operations at Bole International Airport. 🇪🇹✨

ብዙ ብርቱዎች አሉ፤ ሁሉም ግን እገዛ ይፈልጋሉ፡፡ ሰው ብቻውን ምንም ማድረግ አይችልም፤ የተሰራው አንዱ በሌላው ውስጥ አበርክቶ እንዲኖረው ፤ እንዲንሰናሰል ፤ እንዲተባበር ፤ እንዲደጋገፍም ነው !

#ቤተሰብ የዚህ ማሳያ ነው፤ ሁሉም ተደጋግፎ፤ ተረዳድቶ፤ ተገነዛዝቦ የሚኖርበት ተቋም፡፡ ይህን ተቋም ለመጠበቅና ለማክበር ሁሉም ሃላፊነት ቢኖርበትም ጥሪዋ ነው መሰለኝ ሮዝን አይነት ሰው ይበልጥ ዋጋ አእየከፈለበት ነው፡፡
