We’re Hiring: Part-Time Technical / Product Development Associate

FidelPortal is looking for a Technical / Product Development Associate to join our growing team and help shape the future of education technology. In this role, you’ll work closely with our leadership and development teams to turn business ideas into high-quality product features that make a real impact for schools.
Position: Part-Time Technical / Product Development Associate
📍 Location: Hybrid / Remote
🕒 Employment Type: Part-Time (20–25 hours per week)
What You’ll Do
• Gather and document product requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
• Coordinate development with software engineers
• Support testing, quality assurance (QA), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify and resolve product bugs
• Support API integrations and third-party services
• Maintain product documentation and feature roadmaps
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
✔ At least 2 years of experience in product development, software development, business analysis, or a similar technical role
✔ Understanding of web applications, databases, APIs, and software development processes
✔ Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with SaaS or EdTech products, UI/UX principles, or startup environments is an added advantage.
