Rio: Sunrise, salt, soil, & soul.
Held by land. Moved by culture. 🇧🇷✨

Last days in Rio.
Early mornings.
Salt on skin.
Sunrise meetings with the ocean, when the city is still quiet and the light — and the beach — feel intimate.

Blessed to be cradled by a great mother tree in one of Rio’s gardens.
Held. Softened.
Reminded that this land remembers far more than we ever could.

Rio is contrast and culture.
Beauty and grit.
Joy pulsing alongside complexity.

It offered us our first real glimpse into Afro-Brazilian culture — vibrant, resilient, alive — woven into a city that dances on the edge of the ocean.

It held us through the December solstice.
Through Christmas.
Through a pause and a slowing down we all needed.

Grateful for how this city welcomed us,
and whispered just enough before sending us on our way.

Next stop: northbound to Bahia’s beaches 🌊✨

Christ the Redeemer: watching over Rio 🇧🇷✨

No matter where you are in Rio,
He is there.

Standing tall above the city, arms open —
not in dominance, but in witness.

Completed in 1931, Christ the Redeemer was a true collaboration across borders and cultures.
Designed by Brazilian engineer Heitor da Silva Costa,
sculpted by French-Polish artist Paul Landowski,
with the face — that serene, downward gaze — carved by Romanian sculptor Gheorghe Leonida.

A collective human effort behind a singular presence.

Created not as a symbol of power,
but of protection, welcome, and light.

From this mountain, He has watched decades unfold —
joy and unrest, devotion and dissent, celebration and struggle.

A lighthouse over a city of contrast. ✨

Seeing Him in person felt less religious
and more human.

A reminder that cities, like people,
are shaped by many hands…
and always held by something larger than themselves.

✨ December Solstice. A threshold moment. ✨

This year marks a first for me — celebrating the solstice in the Southern Hemisphere, and my first time in South America. Same cosmic pause… totally different energetic orientation. And wow, you can feel it.

The solstice isn’t just a date — it’s a threshold. A liminal doorway where the light shifts direction and asks us to do the same. In the south, this is the peak of light — expansion, vitality, outward expression. Less hibernation, more aliveness. More yes.

First stop on this journey: Rio 🌊
A vibrant beach culture, bodies in motion, music everywhere, life happening out loud. On a morning walk I accidentally ran into a full-on samba run on the beach — live drums, sweaty joy, pure pulse. Honestly? That’s the solstice in action.

There’s something powerful about crossing hemispheres at a moment like this. It gently rewires your rhythms and assumptions. A reminder that alignment isn’t fixed — it’s relational. To place. To season. To now.

Feeling all the feels. So grateful.
And yes — still speaking Spanish to everyone 😅
And somehow… everyone’s still kind.

✨ Where are you meeting the solstice this year — and what is it asking of you?

Scorpio Season, Halloween, Samhain…
The veils are thin… it’s time to gather and begin to dive deeper within.

Something’s been brewing I’m keen to share… stay tuned my pretty and we will soon be there.

For now enjoy. Embrace each day. Smell the roses before they fade away.

Awaken your senses, remember your power, and light a candle in prayer each final hour.

How do you sleep? It isn’t just rest, it’s regeneration.

Sleep is one of the most accessible and underutilized biohacks we have for achieving emotional balance, hormonal harmony, and cellular repair.

I’m thrilled to be guiding the embodiment side of this Sleep Retreat — where science meets the sacred, and rest becomes a ritual.

Through movement, breath, and sound, we’ll explore how to sync with our circadian rhythm so the body can do what it’s built for: heal itself.

Grateful to co-create this with such an intentional team at The Sleep Project and at the stunning property of Le Méridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa

Looking foreard to weaving wellness into hospitality in a way that’s both evidence-based and deeply human.

Swipe for a little peek behind the scenes… 💃🏻✨

Most people know me as a ceremonialist, yogini, and guide for transformation… but what many don’t know?
I’ve been a dancer nearly my whole life. Movement and sound have always been my portals into energy flow, creativity, and that sweet, electric current of aliveness that runs beneath it all.

When I moved to Spain, I dreamt of diving into flamenco- and actually started with Clásico Español - eventually transitioned to flamenco about three years ago.

This was my second year performing with with our amazing teacher and last night, I had the absolute joy of dancing in two pieces on stage. 🔥 Even more special this time around? Sharing the experience with two fellow mamas from our kids’ school, including who took the brave leap to perform alongside me. That moment we shared, soaking in the nerves, the sweat, the wild thrill of it all—it’s one I’ll always hold close. And the rare time I actually put on makeup 💄😅

Flamenco isn’t just dance—it’s duende, it’s catharsis, it’s power.

And for me, it’s yet another way of remembering what lights me up 💫

Full Moon Reflections: Reclaiming the Forgotten Feminine

Last night, under the luminous full moon, we gathered in ceremony to invoke the archetype of goddess Isis—the divine embodiment of sacred power, shadow integration, and unconditional love.

As Venus moves direct, she returns from her retrograde journey carrying hard-earned wisdom from the depths. Guilt, shame, fear—the aspects of the feminine that have long been buried—are being illuminated. Not to shame us, but to free us.

Isis reminds us: there is power in the parts we’ve tried to hide.

With the full moon’s light as our witness, we are invited to reclaim wholeness. To love the shadow as fiercely as the light. To transmute old patterns into pure potential and walk forward more fully on our dharmic path.

Want to explore this energy more deeply?
Sign up for my newsletter to receive a guided meditation and contemplative inquiry to support your personal journey with this moon. The energy is still ripe for integration—and what you uncover may surprise you.

Sunset magic from the trails of Garraf…
There’s something about moving my body, breathing in that salty-mountain air, and watching the sky shift into gold that brings me back to myself.
Back to gratitude.
Back to presence.

This little town continues to bless me with the perfect blend of sea and mountain—both grounding and expansive. And every time I get outside, I remember how lucky I am to call this place home.

If you’re reading this, let it be your gentle nudge:
Go outside.
Let the Earth hold you.
Let the wind remind you to exhale.
Let the beauty of this world mirror the beauty within you.

Even on the hard days.
Especially on the hard days.

Nature is always here—steady, generous, and full of quiet wisdom.
