Summertime Ball 2026 ✨

I had the best time TY TY TY 🫶🏼

( Story time) I spent so many years in my career as a dancer in my head, worrying about doing the choreography perfectly, and not fully taking in the present moment and what a gift it was to be on stage dancing with my favourite pop stars and living my dreams.

I guess with age and experience I now understand that each gig I do could be my last and you will never get those moments back and so I feel so much gratitude and fully immerse myself in the moment, taking everything in. And naturally you become a better performer and dancer anyway through doing that because you’re less in your head and more in your heart.

I’m SO grateful to still get to be dancing with these guys 19 years later. Little Erin could never have imagined in her wildest dreams when she was dancing and singing to Take That in her bedroom that this would be reality in 2026.

Did you know on platform has yoga, meditation and Breathwork sessions (created by me 🥰) catered to performers for any eventuality you may come across in the industry.

Whether it is a warm up or cool down for rehearsals, down regulating the nervous system after a live show, breathwork to lift your energy before an audition or calm your nerves. Also meditations to help with focus and visualisations to help attract your dream jobs - it’s all in there.

These practices are essential for us to cope and create longevity as dancers and performers and it is a huge part of my purpose to share the tools that weren’t necessarily available to me when I really needed them, but now I realise would have been the solution to a lot of challenges I went through in my career as a dancer.

Last year I spent so much time sitting by the sea and thanking the universe for my life, and asking for the support I needed to set up a new life in Ibiza. I was gifted so much abundance and felt like magic was swirling around me everyday.

This year I seem to have let that slip, life has got busier and although my life doesn’t look much different, the way I feel about my life has changed.

This is the power of gratitude and connection with a higher energy. When practiced consistently everyday, it really allows you to see the beauty and magic of your life and what a gift it is to be alive.

But it requires intention. To stop and be present and notice all you have and to give gratitude, otherwise we can just rush through life not noticing how blessed we are.

I intend to allow these 3 rules to guide me each time I feel myself drifting out of alignment with love. And I hope this post inspires you to do the same ❤️

Life of late…

Hit the ground running since I returned from Sri Lanka. It’s only May and already im ready for a winter break 😂 but what a beautiful problem to have that I have an abundance of work, visitors and friends here on the island to tire me out 🥰

I do know that this summer I will try my best to try things differently, finding the moments in between to be more still, have alone time and rest. If summer 2025 taught me anything is that you really can’t do it all even if you think you can.

Join us on the rooftop for a magical morning that begins with a short heart-opening meditation to connect you to gratitude, followed by a gentle vinyasa yoga class to awaken your body and energise your day.

After class, take a refreshing dip in the infinity pool while breakfast is being prepared, then enjoy a nourishing 2-course breakfast overlooking the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and Cala Nova beach.

Expanded states Breathwork training with .jel ✨

Thankyou Jelena for this experience it has shifted so much for me not only personally but in how I facilitate.

I’ve been teaching yoga for 8 years and Breathwork for 5 years but I definitely have felt the strain of giving too much energy and burning myself out, which I’m sure a lot of people in my following can relate with.

But experiencing the depth of this work within this training has really given me nudge I needed to look after myself better, protect my energy, prepare more thoroughly and rest a lot more because I simply won’t be able to hold it all otherwise.

Our own personal work is so important if we truly want to be in service of others and genuinely help to create positive change. You can only meet others depth to the level you’ve met your own. I’m excited to share from a new found perspective within my online community and in my in person sessions.

I have to be honest I do need an little boost sometimes physically and help with my focus mentally when playing Padel (I’m a tennis girly and this is all new to me)

Enter… 🍑 to the rescue! It never fails to give me the fuel I need.

Unfortunately I’ve still been banished from playing again with until my serving skills improve 😂

It is high in caffeine (so I only ever have half a can max as im sensitive to caffeine) but I love that it also contains vitamins and clean ingredients like Guaraná, Ginseng and Green tea.

Feels like a little lift of the spirits every time 🥰

A very delayed post…

But my final Sri Lanka 2026 instalment! 🌴

I had sound healing training on my vision board for this year however I didn’t expect it to happen on my Sri Lanka trip, but when my flight was cancelled and I couldn’t get home I decided to use my time wisely and the universe delivered with the most amazing training with the incredible with one spot left just for meeeeee ✨

I turn 40 this year and my gift to myself is not designer bags/shoes or things that bring temporary pleasure (no shade to those who enjoy that stuff) but investment in things that nourish and expand my soul.

And this training did exactly that and I know this journey and wherever it will take me will do the same ✨

Thankyou for inspiring me so deeply with this training and teaching me so much about myself and to all the beautiful souls I shared it with.

Side note: I discovered Madiha (south Sri Lanka) in the unexpected extension of my trip and it’s my new favourite place! Such a cool little spot! Please don’t go there though because I don’t want it to get busy for when I visit next year 😂😂😂

I’ll be back in SL next year for for those who want to join me it will be open for bookings very soon! One of my fav places in the world ✨
