Nos han enseñado el éxito como realidad o casi una obligación,
Y que cuando las cosas no salen como queremos, hemos fracasado
Lo contrario es cierto
Porque no hay éxito absoluto, así como no hay perfección.
Y la única perfección existente es la naturaleza:
Ésta es cíclica, variada y en constante evolución
Tampoco es siempre completa, pero sí perfecta en cada estado de su constante cambio.
Además tiene su propio ritmo
Entonces, aprendiendo de la naturaleza.
• Cuanto más flexibles seamos, más felices y exitosos podremos ser.
• Cuanto más nos adaptemos, más alto creceremos
• No hay razón para no buscar el sol. Si creces lo alcanzarás, y si no, tu realidad será la que sea
• Aceptar el cambio y los tiempos nos traerá paz.
• Y las mejores ideas no siempre saldrán de lo que planeamos.
Pero sí de lo que sembramos en nuestro camino 🌱 :)

We've been taught that success is a reality and that when it doesn't go the way we want it to that's a failure..
The opposite is true
Cause there is no absolute success, like there is no perfection.
>>And the biggest perfection known is nature:
Which is cíclic,
It's adaptative
And it has its own pace
🌿 Everytime I observe I come to realise that there is something I can learn from nature:
• The more flexible we are the happier and more successful we can be.
• The more we adapt, the higher we will grow.
• And best ideas don't always come from what we plan.
But from what we plant 🌱 :)

"Everything comes at the right time" 🤯😖🔫
I used to get so pi**ed off at this sentence..
I was known to be impatient and also ambitious. And that didn't come to great terms with my mental health, taking breaks or simply accepting the rythm of things.
I'm sure you've been there.
Perhaps you are now. And I hope that helps 🙌
>> After a hard period I came to the enlightening I came across once whilst walking out in nature.
And it's that everything in the natural world has its own pace.
It's a simple yet complex concept to understand for a human being.
With our needs, expectations and fears, but it is unavoidably true.
👉It is hard to accept that you are exactly where you should be.
But it's also an act of self compassion that can do us very well.
You can only do many things in a day, a week or the time and resources you have available..
And you can become more efficient;
But you will deal with all of it better if you also understand the pace of things 🌱
Accepting that in nature, every single thing has its own pace should help us understand that you also deserve that.
And you have it.
You just need to learn to read it. Or accept it,
>> And living more in tune with that will definitely bring you rieve and a sense of rightness.
Without waiting for results.
Without even needing external validation.
What a relief.

Here my top.tips to enter the Weekend in a good flow, cutting off with any tension from our work week!⬇️
1. Relax shoulders
2. Take a deep breath
3. Thank yourself for all you did this week! - Gratitude is key to foster a positive lifestyle :)
4. change mindset: we spin many plates,
To mark the end of work, change space, take a moment or establish a little something that will help your body understand that the working week is over :)
5. What did you learn this week?
Don't overwhelm yourself, you can keep a journal for this or pick one and think ask yourself: How your learnings from this week coupd help you going forward?
(You can leave this exercise for a moment of calm during the weekend)
Trying to forget about productivity and lean into doing your best with the resources you had, acknowledging that we are not the same every day (especially women) and focusing on the learnings.
6. Do or plan a moment to do a bit of what will fill your cup (stretch)
Sport, free movement, napping, walking in nature... What works for you with the time you have?
(Planning your options during the week will also help you stay motivated and create momentum)
7. Best productivity strategists suggest planning your week ahead on Sunday. I do this when I am really busy and after I have taken time to unwind on the weekend.

Why do New Year resolutions fail? And how to do better?⬇️
You’ll be happy to know that you’re not alone there. A study show that 80% of people give up on their resolutions by the second week in February. Another one stated that 88% of those who set New Year's Resolutions fail, even though 52% were confident of success at the beginning. A third one identified that 25% of people ditch their goals the first week!
Daunting statistics…
🤫But how many of us know how to set successful goals and pursue them?
Truth is this is not something we are taught.
Being a coach, I spend hours helping people succeed on creating those, so here come some suggestions:
1. Establish a clear, specific goal & if you can write it down!
Do you know the reason why you want it? - Connecting with the why and visualising or feeling what the benefits will be help motivation
2. Question if it matches your values, your overall life expectations and feels achievable
3. If too big, break it down is small steps - try to spend some time to think what obstacles could come up and how to fight them
4. Support is great - tell someone or find someone to help you on that, and seek professional support if you don´t know how to get there!
5. What could you do during the next 24hrs to get started?

⌚ Now it´s not the time to regret… [Español abajo]
Whatever you did is done,
And a kind reminder that you did the best you could with the resources you had.
It is no time for regret. Because what we won´t get back is time at all!
So focus on the positive, and I´m sure you learned a lot from your experiences and mistakes.
Since we tend to focus on the negative, I will tell you what I suggest you to leave behind this year:
· Not believing in yourself and what you are capable of: Enough of limiting yourself from being the person that you want to be, from achieving what you dream of. If you do, there is a reason why. Do you know yours?
· Whatever is not in your control: Whatever we can´t control we better learn to observe… that not saying you have to conform with all constructs! Question what you can influence or change of course
· Anything/anyone that belittles you and doesn't make you feel good!
You are the one who can set boundaries and get away from them. And you have the right to!
· Those habits that don't add to your life... and leaving for later what fills you up with joy: Life’s too short to waste our time with things that don´t make us happy or stronger. Make your habits your friends so they work for you. I will share more on that ;)
· Negative thoughts that bring you and others down: We are not used to control our thoughts, as we often think we create them. The truth is we can, by putting conscious attention on them. And if you do, make sure they support you instead of making you feel bad!
And last, and most importantly, YOU decide what you are ready to leave behind and what will benefit you.

Yes, you heard it and you know it 🤓

Although living in a consumist society, that tries to sell us everything we need and we don’t, making us believe we are not whole, not beautiful, not lucky and teaches us that we need to consume to be happy...
You know that is not true ☝️
I didn’t want to do a Black Friday offer, because I know the horrible history of it, and that anything you will ever need is inside you.
