Today we took time to have some fun and recognize and thank our amazing Compass Mentors, Volunteers, and Food Angels. In true Navy life fashion, the power went out in the middle of bowling but we still had fun—Semper Gumby💪🏼💙

Your dedication, kindness, and countless hours of hard work have touched so many lives in our community. Whether you offered guidance, encouragement, meals, support, or simply showed up when someone needed it most — you made a difference.

We also want to give special recognition to those who will soon be moving on to new duty stations as Navy spouses. Military life comes with constant change and sacrifice, yet you continue to serve others wholeheartedly through every transition. Your impact here will not be forgotten, and Compass has been better because of you.

COMPASS is a spouse-to-spouse mentoring program designed to help you navigate Navy life with confidence. Over three days, trained Mentors guide discussions on everything from Navy mission and traditions to deployments, pay, moving, benefits, and building community.
