Most people don’t have a knowledge problem —
they have a pattern problem.

You already know what you should be doing — saving, investing, building your skills, trying things out.

And yet… you don’t.
You say “tomorrow.”
I say “after this project.”
Someone else says “when I earn more.”

It’s rarely about discipline or motivation.

It’s about those quiet, unspoken patterns formed long before you were even aware of them —
the ones still shaping your decisions today.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re circling the same place — this workshop is for you.

We’ll slow things down.
Look at what actually matters for your long-term.
And find a next step that feels realistic — not overwhelming.

No pressure. No hype. No pretending.

Just a clearer way to think, a calmer way to act, and a simple path forward that actually works.

We’ll talk about money — but it applies everywhere.

🚽 Why You Should Always Check for Legs in Toilet Cubicles 🚽.
Ladies, we all know the struggle: the never-ending queue for the women’s bathroom, while the men’s room is practically a ghost town (sigh, the injustice!). But today, I’m not here to rant about why female and male toilets are the same size despite obvious differences in usage. Instead, I’m here to share an aha! moment that hit me during a desperate bathroom wait.
💡 Check for legs. Yes, really. Let me explain.
🔄 Flashback to Leroy Merlin.
I rush into the restroom. Three cubicles. Three people ahead of me. No big deal, right? Except… five minutes pass. Nothing. No flushing. No doors opening. Just pure, torturous silence—worse than in a thriller movie.
Meanwhile, my bladder is sending urgent evacuation orders. Desperate, I crouch down (when in doubt exercise), and—bam!—the middle cubicle has no feet in it, even though the door says Occupied.
I push it gently. It swings open. No ghost. No wizard. Just a faulty lock that had closed under its own weight. Five minutes wasted for nothing.
🚨 But the moral of the story is juicier (no pun intended).
We assume systems are efficient. If there’s a queue, we think it’s for a reason. But in reality? Glitches happen. People don’t always question things.
So it is on you. If you need something and someone tells you “ it can’t be done,” don’t just take their word for it. Check for yourself. Question the status quo. Shake the system!

Looking back on my journey, I’m so grateful for all the random projects and experiences that have shaped me. Moving to Tenerife wasn’t easy—I struggled to find peace between my old self and my new reality. But little by little, I’ve learned to let go of the voices and shadows in my head that were holding me back.

I’m not fully free yet, but now I can catch myself when I slip into a rigid mindset. It’s a journey, and I’m here for it.

Taking yourself on a date, as Julia Cameron suggests, is such a powerful practice, and I can’t emphasize enough how nurturing and freeing it can be. This year, I’ve had the chance to go on dates with myself—and my anxiety, since we’re kind of inseparable 😂🤪.

I ventured into places I never thought I’d go alone: jazz bars, clubs, even salsa dancing (just saying that gives me butterflies). Yet, I had an amazing time, and at moments, it felt like my anxiety was letting down its guard and tapping along with the rhythm too. 💃✨

I learn from my daughter every day. Her friend visited her this weekend and they just decided to dress up like princesses and go for churros on Sunday morning! Happy and free and not giving a toss about the looks!
How much freedom and life in this act of following your feeling!

I quote from Fred again touches my heart :
“Fall in love with someone that enjoys your weirdness.
Not someone that tries to talk you into being normal.

Sometimes, on your life path you encounter lots of cacti.. And unlike lemons, there’s no lemonade to be made. But maybe that’s the point—you shouldn’t try. Cacti hurt if you aren’t careful, it’s difficult to take their thorns out as they break and stay in your skin. They are. Pain in the ass. And whilst they can be beautiful, you politely decline any engagement with them. Cos the consequence can be very unpleasant and long lasting. 🌵 do they have space in your life? Absolutely! At a respectful distance and to appreciate the contrast, the softness of a flower petal for example.

We are often told that peaking, eavesdropping is wrong. For me it’s another form of learning and exploring your wishes. Through observation you can learn to savour beauty, cherish moments and enjoy life. There is nothing wrong with copying happiness, aspiration and beauty.
