• Ask: What emotion does this gratitude stir in me? Where do I feel it?

try asking yourself the questions that bring you back to you. Start exploring you again, start to get curious, start to make yourself the biggest project you have ever invested in.

Your daily reminder….
Stop chasing what you want for a second… and come back to what you need.
Wants can pull you into comparison, pressure, and the feeling that you’re always behind.
But needs, real needs, bring you home.
Love. Safety. Nourishment. Purpose. Peace.
When you focus on those, you start to notice how much is already here.
Here’s the logic behind it:
When your mind recognises that your basic needs are met, your nervous system calms.
You shift from scarcity to safety, and from that grounded state, clarity and inspiration naturally follow.
So before you rush into your day, take a breath and ask yourself:
✨ What do I truly need today?
✨ What do I already have that meets that need?
Gratitude isn’t just a ‘nice’ practice, it’s a reset for your brain.
It reminds your body you’re safe, your mind you’re supported, and your heart that you already have enough.
Don’t complicate things, keep it simple.
Then trust that life is already bringing you the rest. 🤍

Monthly Reflection Practice you can try too 👇🏼
At the start of each month, take a quiet moment to reflect back with me.
Look through your photos, your diary, your messages and gently ask yourself:
✨ What did I achieve?
✨ How did I feel emotionally?
✨ What did I struggle with?
✨ Where did I not honour myself?
✨ What did I learn?
✨ What made me proud?
✨ What brought me joy?
Start to notice the patterns.
Start to become aware of what’s growing you, what’s healing you, what’s testing you and what’s making you truly happy.
When you make this a habit, every month becomes a little more intentional, it’s fun.
You begin to craft your life on purpose not on autopilot.
You stop repeating months that feel the same, and start creating ones that feel aligned with who you’re becoming.
Keep it simple.
Set small mental, emotional, and physical goals that support the life you actually desire not the one you think you should be living.
Because this is how we create change not in big, dramatic moments…
but in quiet, consistent self-awareness.

It’s not because you’re doing it wrong, it’s because your brain doesn’t believe statements it can’t prove and when you have deep rooted limiting beliefs thrown in the mix your brain thinks your just singing lyrics from a song!
Here are a few swaps you can try today 👇
Instead of “I am confident”
Try “Why am I becoming more confident every day?”
Instead of “I am successful”
Try “Why is success starting to feel more natural for me?”
Instead of “I love my body”
Try “Why is it becoming easier to appreciate my body for what it does for me?”
Instead of “I am enough”
Try “Why do I feel more at peace being myself lately?”
Instead of “Money flows easily to me”
Try “Why am I starting to trust myself more with money and opportunities?”
Try repeating these throughout the day, especially when your old beliefs try to hijack your thoughts.
Notice how your energy shifts when your brain starts looking for reasons to believe in you.

This was the only photo I took last night.
Not because I forgot, but because I was there.
Fully. Present.
It was a Friday night.
There was a party I wanted to go to, music, laughter, people and a place I love.
But my intention this year is expansion, and that version of me would’ve chosen differently.
So I did.
I went to psychedelic breathwork instead.
No alcohol. No noise. Just music, breath, and energy moving through every part of me.
Debbie does it differently, her sets are something else.
Me as an ex-raver, it felt like being back on the dancefloor,
but this time, I didn’t need anything to take me there.
Just my breath.
Just my body.
Just presence.
And I can’t even explain what happened,
it was like being cracked open in the best possible way.
I saw things I’d been avoiding,
heard things I’d needed to hear,
and felt… high, but clear.
And I realised, this is what expansion looks like.
Not chasing the next thing,
but meeting yourself in stillness.
Letting life show you what’s possible when you stop running from it.
If I’d gone to that party, I’d have had fun.
But if I hadn’t gone to breathwork,
I’d have missed something that shifted me completely.
So this is your reminder:
Stay curious.
Be brave enough to say yes to the things that call you deeper, even if no one else understands it yet.
Because what’s waiting on the other side of expansion
is you.
The version that feels whole, connected, alive.
