My heart is full of love for each of the amazing women who stepped into this very special circle ⭕️ 🙏 It feels like a real privilege to hold space for women who choose to cross these big life thresholds empowered, authentic & embodied.

Once you've found your happiness anchor, take some time to examine it closely. Think about what it looks like, what colour it is, what words you would use to describe it. Consider how it makes you feel and whether it reminds you of anything significant.

By doing this, you can uncover a wealth of information and wisdom about yourself and your journey. You may be surprised at how much your happiness anchor can reveal about your True Style.

Take some time to write down your observations, and pay attention to any key words or themes that emerge. These may hold the key to unlocking your True Style and helping you navigate future changes and challenges.

By using your happiness anchor as a guide, you can discover the visual appearance that best represents your True Self. This can help you make more intentional choices when it comes to buying new clothes, putting together outfits, and deciding what to keep or let go.

Remember, style is an evolution, not a destination. By taking the time to discover your happiness anchor, you're taking an important step towards building a wardrobe that truly reflects who you are and brings you joy every day.

‘YOU’VE CHANGED'

Depending on how you say this, it can be a high-five celebration and mark of respect or a total put-down.

In my home culture (Ireland) "You've changed" is the biggest put-down, yet change and growth is what we're here for!

Change has been the single common denominator amongst ALL my styling clients over the last two decades. Change fascinates me - the process, the opportunities within the challenges, but most of all, the women who CHOOSE CHANGE. Those are my people.

I was having a conversation with a group of women here in Mallorca about the opportunity moving to this island gave each of us to redefine ourselves in some way. This redefinition looks different for each of us, but the commonality is how we move through the discomfort and challenges of change to become more and more true to ourselves and our purpose.

However change is showing up in your life right now, trust that it can be a gateway to your becoming more whole, happy and purposeful.

High five to all the women who are unapologetically becoming the best versions of themselves! 🙌✨ Remember, your unique authentic style is a gateway to deeper connection to self & to others with service. Style IS embodiment!

We’ve been working on body confidence inside the , exploring ways to really connect to and appreciate the body we’re in. And how to identify the fabrics and cuts of clothing, the shapes and textures that really work for each of us. Busting those ‘perfect body’ myths and deepening connection to our own body, so we can celebrate and adorn it in a way that FEELS as good as it looks.

This poem was shared by one of our True Style sisters. I thought you might enjoy it….

Today I asked my body what she needed,
Which is a big deal
Considering my journey of
Not Really Asking That Much.

I thought she might need more water.
Or protein.
Or greens.
Or yoga.
Or supplements.
Or movement.

But as I stood in the shower
Reflecting on her stretch marks,
Her roundness where I would like flatness,
Her softness where I would like firmness,
All those conditioned wishes
That form a bundle of
Never-Quite-Right-Ness,
She whispered very gently:

Could you just love me like this?”

The Full Moon is a great time to release and let go.

Letting go something tangible, like clothing, is a great way to let go of intangible aspects of yourself that you have also outgrown. Old behaviours. Old beliefs. Old identities.

Everything is connected.

It’s time to let something go if an item feels energetically 'heavy', you feel a sink in your spirit when you look at and touch it, it reminds you of a part of your past you’d rather let go of, or evokes emotions that no longer feel empowering to you.

Just throwing stuff out, may create space, but it won't solve underlying problems or support real change. Take a moment to enquire…

* WHY is this item is out of alignment with my emerging true self?

*what has changed?

*where have I grown?

*what are the memories, beliefs or behaviours associated with this item?

*what can I do going forwards to honour the fullness of my true self?

This inquiry deepens the process of letting go and raises your consciousness into alignment with the frequency of what’s rising within you.

You can burn the paper you wrote on afterwards for extra magic 🔥

Releasing items with love and gratitude for the lessons you received from them, doesn't just create space in your wardrobe, it activates your next level of purpose and potential. It can help you release an old identity, transform and heal. 🙏🏻
