~ AUTHENTICITY REQUIRES COURAGE ~
What a powerful time of my life. What a POWERFUL TIME in your life, too!
Are you paying attention? This is a moment when you can choose to make the next step that is YOURS.
And this is a choice, a choice that requires courage that many are so afraid of.
Why is that? From systemic perspective it is very simple: when we’re not in our righteous place in the system, family system and broader lineage system: we are so afraid to to anything for ourselves to not be excluded.
To belong means to renounce ourselves the basic “happiness” rights:
a happy romantic relationship, a juicy and fruitful marriage, a successful career, a child, a dream that screams inside our chest… since forever.
In this place in the system, we actually cannot act differently as choosing ourselves in this place sJUST DOES NOT FEEL RIGHT.
You see, the moment you step into your righteous place: you are flooded with inner strength and courage - directly from your heart space to fuel your own life.
In the last months, I led in person family constellation and systemic workshops in Copenhagen, Denmark. And it’s where I witnessed my clients returning to their own righteous places.
Effects?
They change jobs, they actually understand where they want to live.
They discovered for the first time what it means to BE BY THEMSELVES.
This is huge. Priceless. And so possible.
But to act now they have something inside themselves that only they can understand: this courage to be authentically living their lives.
I am one of them. I walked this path too.

Are you actually living your life, or are you unconsciously standing in someone else’s place? 👣
In my work, I see a common pattern: most people aren’t operating from their own unique place in the system.
When you aren’t standing in your own righteous place, life feels out of alignment:
🔹 In your mother’s place?
You might find yourself overly burdened by your parents’ problems or deeply entangled in your siblings’ lives.
🔹 In your father’s place?
You might chase goals that don’t truly fit you, feeling constantly frustrated, undiscovered, and convinced you are more competent than your bosses - yet unable to find fulfillment.

A few days ago, while cycling through Copenhagen, I suddenly felt this deep awareness in my body:
how important it is that we gather in person. Times are changing. We crave deeper community connection.
