Misconceptions people have about me living with year round abs…
Most people think it takes extreme effort
It doesn’t…
❌ “You must have low energy and low testosterone”
My energy is higher than ever
Focus is sharp
Testosterone is dialled in
❌ “You’re on a strict, miserable diet”
I eat what I want
Steak, potatoes, butter, dark chocolate most days
Simple meals I can repeat
❌ “You live in the gym”
I train around 2 hours per week total
Short, hard, intentional sessions
❌ “You eat 6 Tupperware meals a day”
2 sometimes 3 meals
Most take 5 to 10 minutes
No overthinking
❌ “You don’t eat out or travel”
I eat out regularly
I travel often
I follow a simple framework
❌ “It’s just genetics”
Discipline looks like genetics to most people
Standards compound over time
❌ “You’re not that busy”
I work 7 days a week
Health is non negotiable
I stay lean on autopilot now.
But getting here is the hard part…
Once you’re in that 8 to 12% range everything changes…
Energy up
Confidence up
Focus up
Respect up
