Many ambitious professionals I work with are excellent performers.
They manage projects, teams, responsibilities and family life every day — while often feeling there is never enough time, calmness and recognition for their hard work.
In Targeted Coaching (6x 1-1 coaching process), we focus on three core areas:
🌸 Control your time and energy
→ Create space for strategic thinking
→ Build routines to stay healthy and calm under pressure
🌸 Communicate clearly & set boundaries
→ Learn to say NO calmly and assertively
→ Adapt your communication style to create more impact
🌸 Gain clarity about your next professional step
→ Define the ideal scope and content of your next role
→ Create a networking & development plan aligned with your future vision
Many people think they simply need to become “more productive.”
But often, what they truly need is: more clarity, stronger boundaries and a nervous system that no longer lives in constant stress mode.
✨ This is what we work on through: → 6x 1:1 coaching sessions
→ tailored reflection exercises & actions between sessions
→ practical tools for self-confidence, clarity and time management

Many of the women I work with have great growth opportunities around.
They know what they could do — but uncertainty, self-doubt or overthinking often slows them down.
One of my coachees recently shared a powerful shift through a simple coaching tool we worked on together: the “Captain Tool.”
It became her mental anchor — both in her professional and personal life.
Instead of getting stuck in overthinking, she now activates her “inner captain”:
A voice that helps her step back, trust herself and ask: “What’s the worst that can happen?”
One real example she shared:
She was about to decline helping a friend with video editing for a volunteer festival.
Not because she didn’t want to — but because she doubted her skills.
Instead of staying in that hesitation, she used the tool… and decided to go for it.
The result?
The project was successfully accepted — and she gained confidence through action, not perfection.
What she learned is simple but powerful:
You don’t need certainty to act.
You don’t need perfection to try.
And often… you have far less to lose than your mind tells you.
🌿 If you often find yourself overthinking or second-guessing your next step, send me a DM with “CAPTAIN” and let’s explore how you can build more trust in yourself too.

Many ambitious individuals I’ve recently worked with are excellent performers, juggling many responsibilities and balls in the air all day long — and at the same uncertain about what they truly want next and how to get there.
They feel stuck between expectations and responsibilities — professionally and personally.
What helps them gain more clarity and confidence in their next brave steps?
✨ 3 steps we often work on in coaching:
1️⃣ Define your personal brand & IKIGAI
→ What energises you?
→ What do you stand for?
→ What impact do you want to create?
2️⃣ Create your development roadmap
→ Which skills, experiences and environments support your next chapter?
3️⃣ Build your elevator pitch & networking plan
→ Learn to communicate clearly who you are, what you bring and where you want to go.
Going through these steps is a brave decision. It requires time and saying NO to certain stakeholders or opportunities. And if we are not used to taking time for ourselves and saying NO, it can feel difficult.
But clarity often comes when we are truly honest with ourselves and dare to stand up for what we really want — and what we don’t.
🌿 If you’d love more clarity, confidence and direction for your next professional or personal chapter, send me a DM with “CLARITY”.

Yesterday, I went to my weekly yoga class.
Before the class, my head was full of noise, thoughts and everything from the workday.
After the class?
Silence.
And wow… how good it felt to simply experience calm again. ✨
It reminded me of something important: Our time and energy are limited — and how we shape them strongly influences our wellbeing, clarity and inner calm.
What helped me reconnect with calm during yoga yesterday: • closing my eyes and focusing on sounds & the teacher’s voice
• reconnecting with my body through gentle movement
• small moments of relaxation between sequences
• being in a calm, uninterrupted environment
And the beautiful thing is: These moments don’t only exist in yoga classes.
We can create small moments like this in daily life too.
Many women think they need a full free day or perfect conditions to feel calm again.
But often, small intentional pauses already change so much.
🌿 What could a small moment of calm look like in your day today?

Curious how others actually see you?

A lot of the women I’ve worked with recently share a similar challenge:

They want to
– communicate their needs, point of view and expectations clearly
– show up with more presence and confidence

In one of my recent mastermind sessions, we explored:

How to communicate clearly and confidently what you stand for.

Because strong communication starts with clarity about yourself.

→ How do you see yourself?
→ How do others actually experience you?

Many women think:
“I need to feel more confident first before I speak up.”

But often it works the other way around.

Clarity comes first.
Confidence follows.

✨ Curious what your “gap” between self-perception and others’ perception looks like?
Send me “VOICE” — I’d love to explore it with you.

This week reminded me again why I love coaching.
Helping ambitious people reconnect with their strength, speak up with confidence, prioritise themselves and create clarity for their next steps.
Growth is not always loud.
Sometimes it looks like one brave conversation, one clear decision, one healthier boundary.
And yes… sometimes it also looks like being exhausted and proud at the same time 🤍🤣
If you’d love support in your own next chapter: DM me “CLARITY”.

Most leaders spend their time leading others.
The best leaders first learn to lead themselves.
Dee Hock, founder and first CEO of Visa, believed that 40–50% of a leader’s time should be invested in self-leadership first.
When leading teams, projects or our family and home,
we create the greatest impact when we first lead our own:
☀️ Mindset – how we think under pressure
☀️ Energy – how we manage focus and recovery
☀️ Habits – what we repeat daily
☀️ Character – how we show up when it matters
☀️ Courage – our willingness to grow and challenge old patterns
Self-leadership is not selfish.
It is the foundation of sustainable leadership.
🌸 How much time do you currently invest in leading yourself?

Does your calendar feel like a game of Tetris you’re slowly losing? 📉

You’re making big moves and handling all the responsibilities, but somewhere between the back-to-back meetings and the endless “to-do” lists, **you** got lost in the shuffle.

It’s time to stop surviving your life and start leading it from a place of peace. 🧘‍♀️✨

Swipe through to see how we can reclaim your time, regulate your nervous system, and get that “1 hour for yourself” back every single day.

Ready to trade the overwhelm for clarity?

💌 DM me “CALM” and let’s chat about your roadmap. No pressure, just a real conversation about where you want to go next.

Sometimes we are in a moment where life pushes us to change.
Professional or personal circumstances push us towards a change.
It can feel uncomfortable at first.
But what if we could trust that we are exactly where we’re meant to be?
Recently, I had two conversations that stayed with me: ✨ A colleague stepping into a new life and job abroad.
✨ My mum, who after 1.5 years of retirement, finally feels at ease.
What they have in common?
They both embraced what is.
One felt like a glass ceiling broke — suddenly, new possibilities appeared.
The other chose calm over pressure — and started truly enjoying life.
Both are now in flow.
It made me wonder: What if we don’t need to control everything?
What if we could pause, trust, and let the path unfold step by step?
💬 Reflection for you: Where in your life could you trust more — and overthink less?

Last week in a group coaching session for a women network one woman shared:
“What gives me energy is going for a walk between work and family time or doing yoga early in the morning.
What drains me is daily family logistics… and distractions at work.”
Maybe you recognize yourself in this.
We often already know what gives us energy — and what drains it.
We just don’t always act on it.
Here are 5 simple questions to shift that:
What gives me energy — and how often does it happen?
What drains me — and is it really necessary like this?
Where can I create small pockets (10–15 min)?
What could I simplify or reduce?
What is one small change I can test this week?
✨ More energy often comes from doing more of what nourishes you.
💬 What gives you energy right now — and are you making space for it?
