This feels stretchy to share.. but that’s the whole point

Because this was me re-grounding & shaking off the energy after a parts / shadow work session all around VISIBILITY 👁️

I am SO ready to heal this visibility wound & find comfort in FULLY expressing myself, both online & in my day to day life - moving from truth, vulnerability & actually allowing myself to be fully seen for who I really am

This session was (ironically) very visual, with lots of strong images & memories coming up to the surface - and let me tell you, they were not what I was expecting AT ALL when choosing to tap into this theme

2022: moved home to London after 6 years abroad, with a dream of working in holistic wellbeing, planning events & owning a campervan

2023: built a successful events company but got bored & sold it, was made redundant from full time job, volunteered on a wellbeing retreat & discovered ceremonial cacao

2024: built an online network marketing biz, started doing the inner work & realising my potential, held my first online women’s circle

2025: started holding monthly online circles, unlocked my reiki powers, invested in training & mentorship, cofounded & hosted 2 day retreats, bought a campervan, quit my job, started travelling full time

2026: qualified as a space holder & cacao practitioner, hosted another day retreat & countless cacao ceremonies, launched 1:1s & my first multi-day UK retreat

My journey on this path has taken many twists & turns, and I’ve learnt so much about myself, the types of spaces I want to hold, and the people I want to serve

We all have a story, and I hid mine for so long

The pain, the trauma, the shame
The joy, the healing, the abundance
.. all of it is worthy

It wasn’t until I found safety in sharing, that I realised how not alone I was in any of it

Our stories are all completely unique, yet so similar & intertwined

And you are never alone - sometimes you just need to find the right space to share, & that’s why Root To Rise spaces exist ❤️

Forever grateful that I picked him, and he picked me back ❤️

I love that I convinced him to live in a van with me & such a big part of me could honestly keep living like this for years

But after a decade of travelling, living in Spain & moving back to London, we’re also at a point that we’re ready to start putting roots down, give Albi a garden to run around in, reunite with our baby girl Tabitha & who knows what else in the future..

We spent last night in a villa while waiting for my friends to arrive for retreat & it was a beautiful reminder of the life we’re creating together

And these last couple weeks, we’ve been scheming & looking at where we want to land & call home

My mini day retreat in September - Root & Receive - will be my LAST space in London for the foreseeable, because my soul home is calling me back ☀️
