There's a big difference between doubting yourself sometimes and letting self doubt block your manifestation and your (well deserved) business success…

If you’ve ever thought

-Can I really do this?
-Am I good enough?

I can promise you, I've had every one of those thoughts in different varieties at different times.

A lot of the time, the best, most transformative things in our life will bring up the biggest doubt. Follow the fear.

To think, before starting my coaching business I thought:

-I need to wait until I’m older
-I don’t think I have a big enough audience
-Will I be good enough for clients to choose me and pay real money?
-Can I make this a real income?

Thank god I was connected to my higher self and didn’t hold myself back from my purpose, and all the lives I have impacted (my clients and my own!)

“How can I feel abundant, free and safe if I literally don’t have the money in the bank?”😒

You stay in your power by focusing on what you can control.

The only things you can control are where you focus your ATTENTION and how you PERCEIVE things.

Trying to control exactly how many clients you're going to get, when they are going to come and where from is going to be very disempowering and you're probably going to notice the universe asking you to release that control (and move in to trust) over and over again with uncontrollable situations which can be very uncomfortable.

✅Some useful questions to refocus your attention away from lack:
(We often subconsciously filter out evidence of our power due to our victim mindset)

Where is the universe sneakily providing me safety, abundance and freedom right now?

What partial manifestations am I not noticing right now?

Where am I slightly more abundant, free and safe than I was 1 year ago/5 years ago?

✅Some useful questions to switch up the way you are perceiving your outside situation or your thoughts and feelings:

How would my higher self see this?

What will I tell myself about this challenge once I have achieved everything on my vision board?
What opportunity is this challenge, doubt, uncomfortable feeling offering me? Is it an opportunity to learn, grow, strengthen, see a different perspective etc

🪞The outside is a reflection of the inside, never the other way round. I realise that might trigger a defense but once you step into that responsibility as the potent creator of your reality you are, that's when you instantly go from victim to empowered manifestor.

Its not “oh no what have I done and how do I change myself to fix it” its “oh yes, what I can I do next, I am already a powerful manifestor I just didn’t realise it- time to connect to my power🤩”

I used to be scared to say something like this but the truth is I would FOR SURE not have been able to achieve the alignment, manifestation ability, income level and business expertise I have without investing in guides, experts, classes, tools etc.

It would be so unfair for me to leave you thinking that or to portray the image that I've done it all alone.

I did a payment plan for my first coaching investment because it was more than my entire monthly income at the time.

Over the next couple of months I made 7x the investment back and manifested my most aligned creation yet, a coaching business where I can serve others.

That one scary investment probably quantum leaped me 10 years worth of trial and error. Thank you Minnie 😂👏

I move through the fear by centering back to my truth that the universe is supporting me and showing me the channels for my manifestations to come through, I CAN do this, and everything is an opportunity.

This along with practices to regulate my nervous systems, release blocked energy in the body and clear the mind.

I always document my journey (the sentimental cancer sun, and my organisational nature, I literally have my journal from 2011😅)

I wanted to share this because in manifestation, business and social media it can seem like the ‘successful’ people have something figured out that you don’t. That their journey didn’t start out the way yours did. That if you have any doubt or fear non of your manifestations will “work”.

Even after 10 years of practicing manifestation doubt and fear always surface when your expanding! Growing my business I still found myself sometimes slipping into the victim mode of how much ‘easier’ it seems for everyone else.

“They have a bigger audience” “They must never doubt themselves” “They know more about marketing”

The truth is, the emotional snapchat journal pic was taken after I had made enough money to leave my job, yes comparison and doubt still showed up.

I was just well equipped to move through it, to not let it hold me back. To continue to take the aligned action needed to receive my manifestations and build the business I wanted.

To continue acting from my higher self instead of the fear. Because I knew on the other side of fear was inner peace, joy and excitement 💜

Its in that moment of fear when the survival brain is active, that we need to connect back to our higher self most (that’s where our tools come in!)

Your emotional freedom is not dependent on achieving outside goals. The doubt is going to come up EVEN after you manifest the goal your working on right now.

It's time to step into your power of manifestation, take responsibility for being the creator of your life NOW, before you see that external validation. In fact, that's how you get those exciting outside results 😉

Your soul is obviously a highly expansive one as you have decided to be an entrepreneur, so yes, your probably going to be learning, growing, experimenting, failing, pivoting and expanding more than others around you.

You can learn your lessons with guilt, shame, fear, frustration and anxiety (which limits your vision, slows down the process and honestly is not fun😩)

OR you can learn your unavoidable lessons with awe, patience, trust, flow, scientist like experimentation and gratitude.

It gives you the freedom you want.💜

Secret exposed: you can hustle away chasing financial, location and time freedom but it all means nothing if you don't have emotional freedom.

Give yourself the freedom that is available to you right now, the freedom to build a business by being YOURSELF.

Release the guilt & stress filled shackles of what you ‘need’ to do to make it work, to be good enough.

Stop trying to throw useful aspects of yourself off the back of the bus and start LISTENING to yourself because you are the universe. When you refine & release you see that you DO have the answers you are searching for.

Maybe you want to slow down and do something fun today because that’s what you need to energetically align to your manifestation?
