Dear Ibiza Family, 🌞

We would like to invite you to join our collective journey of exploring social, ecological and economic Regeneration. For the following month each week, we explore a different dimension of regeneration. 🌿

👉🏻 Macaco Tamerice our lead Facilitator for these workshops is an international mediator, is on the advisory board of the Global Ecovillage Network, is a 30+ year resident of Damanhur Ecovillage Community, and the President of the non-profit Association Damanhur Education.

Our first workshops are hosted on:

📌 Saturday 1st of April: Presence and Art

👉🏻 8.45-12.30pm - Practice Public Speaking, Leadership Presence and Storytelling (Facilitated by Macaco Tamerice)

👉🏻 2.30 - 6.30 pm - Personal and Planetary Health with Art! We are working with the Ibiza NGO Creatives for the planet and French Collective Polymer to create a workshop in which we will use collected plastic from the beach to make a beautiful piece of Art.

📌Sunday 2nd April: Conflict Facilitation

👉🏻 8.45 -12.30 │ Deep Listening Skills and Non-violent Communication. Introduction to models of conflict resolution inspired by process work from Arnold Mindell

👉🏻 2.30pm - 6.30pm │ Process Work, Role Play

📌Tuesday 4th April: Shaping our futures through Social Transformation

👉🏻 8.45-12.30 - Transformation and Awakening of Consciousness through Spiral Dynamics. A model of the evolutionary development of individuals, organizations and societies.

👉🏻 2.30pm - 6.30pm - World Cafe, Shaping our futures through conversations that matter.

📌Wednesday 5th of April: Reconnecting with nature

👉🏻8.45-12.30 - Meet the Architect, Ushuaia Hotel, Bamboo Structure

👉🏻2.30pm - 6.30pm - Reconnecting with Nature in Las Salinas

👁️ Did you know that experiential learning is the kind of learning which allows you to retain and remember the most what you learn than all the other learning styles?

👁️ Solely learning cognitively and solving problems from our minds has led us to be disconnected to nature, and feeling whats alive in our hearts. In an age of so much information, embodiement becomes a key tool to discern which information aligns with us or not.

👉🏼Experiential learning creates an embodied experience of learning and knowledge. Embodiment allows us to integrate what we learn into a lived experience that we are able to apply in a variety of contexts. Experiential learning allows us to strengthen our heart-mind-hands connection when we learn. Its also a whole lot more fun!! 🤩

👉🏼Experiential learning support the collective journey of increasingly waking up to following what is alive in our hearts, rather than trying to solve problems solely from our minds.

THE 4 DIMENSIONS OF SUSTAINABILITY 🌿

The course is structured around the 4 dimensions of sustainability, from the social to the economic, from the ecological to the cultural aspect.

We will look at both the practical and theoretical aspects of each of these, bringing concrete examples and case studies to help us go deeper into each of these dimensions. 💚🙏🏼
