Cordoba, you are fantastic! History amidst the flowers in the present. And what a history! My mind has been spinning over all the stories, cultures, and philosophies, and I even visited an alchemy museum. And in the meantime, flowers everywhere! Patios, botanical gardens, and parks. Normally, I am not a city person, but this city has a village ambience. Everyone is so friendly, and up for a chat. I didn't run into anyone in a bad mood in Córdoba. There is much more to come about this impressive, history-rich city, especially on my little YouTube channel (link in story or Facebook comments). Think of private patios, historic landmarks from Roman, Islam, and Christian times, the impressive mezquita mosque cathedral, palace houses, bridges, mudejar style architectures, 10th-century caliphal baths, and a spectacular evening lightshow in the gardens of the Alcazar of the Christian monarchs (which is closed for renovation at the moment btw). And I also got to experience the huge procession of the Corpus Christi yesterday. That video is already on my YouTube channel. So see you there 😁

Almería you are great! It's time to move on tomorrow, but I have the feeling we are not done yet 😅
It might be because of the ocean, but I like this city way more than Seville and Granada 💙 Besides the ocean, and beautiful beaches, there is more in Almería!! The Alcazaba is the 2nd biggest Moorish fortress in Andalusia (after the Alhambra obviously). There are really nice parks and nature to find in the city, it felt like a tropical city to me. The trees gives such a shadow that the bright sunlight suddenly almost turns black. Nice and cool! And personally, I like the fact that it's not a huge city which contributes to a certain ambience. And that also prevented me from getting lost all the time! You have access to Europe's only desert (Tabernas) from Almería. Then there is Cabo de Gata national park for scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking. More photos and videos are yet to come. But I drop this one as a thank you to this city for now 😊

Spectacular violin concert yesterday at 'Noche en Blanco 2026' in Almería. Nadia Rudenko performed her violin show with the candlelights and it was impressive to see how she created such a vibrant ambience with just a violin! Everybody started to dance at some point. See my longer video on YouTube (link in story) and my next post for Mar Tiago concert which was also super beautiful!!
