Alooooha!! 🎉
Os presentamos nuevo taller: . Probablemente te estarás preguntando “¿En qué consiste?” Va a estar compuesto por reflexiones, excursiones y talleres en el que el tema principal es el consumo masivo y las consecuencias que éste tiene para el planeta y para nosotros mismos. Los talleres van a estar orientados en:
- Reutilización y aprovechamiento de productos.
- Aprender formas de crear tus propios productos. Empleando para ello menos de químicos contaminantes de las aguas, reducción de envasado, plásticos … que tienden a usar las empresas productoras.
La idea de este taller surge debido a la situación global en la que nos encontramos: Viviendo en una sociedad de excesos creemos que es NECESARIA la concienciación con lo que nos rodea y una aplicación práctica de ello, para que granito a gratino se puedan hacer cambios.
El desglose del taller/actividades es el siguiente:
1. Debate de concienciación & Tour por tiendas de 2ª mano por Malasaña – 29 de enero.
2. Taller de planta una semilla – 12 de febrero.
3. Taller de desodorante & Leche de coco – 5 de marzo.
4. Zero consumo & Taller de pasta de dientes – 26 de marzo.
5. Tour de trato de residuos – 16 de abril.
6. Taller de jabones – 7 de mayo.
7. Taller de reciclaje con plásticos – 28 de mayo.
Tendrán lugar los martes (no todos) a las 18:00hrs. Iremos subiendo actividad por actividad cuando se aproxime el día, a la que tendréis acceso a toda la información necesaria para asistir (en que consiste, lugar, día...)
Antes de despedirnos dejamos una cita de la película El Planeta de los Simios que dice algo como:

Here we present you our new workshop called . You probably might be wondering “what is this exactly? what is it about?” It’s a new activity which consists of several workshops (some of them will consist of handmade workshops and in others we’ll reflect and exchange ideas and opinions about different topics) as well as little daytrips. All of the activities will be around the topic “mass consumption” and its consequences for the planet and for the people as a society.
The main guidelines of the workshops will be the following:
- Raising awareness of the reuse of products we have at home in order to maximize the resources.
- Learning different ways to create some of our own products, reducing the consumption of these products from the industry, which usually uses a lot of contaminating chemicals, plastics, etc.
The idea of creating this workshop arises from the current global situation: living in a society where excesses are the order of the day and which doesn’t really care about the consequences of its acts. It is for this reason why we believe it’s important and NECESSARY to become aware of the environment that surrounds us and apply everything in our daily life, because every little change counts right?
All the titles of the workshops are written down below:
1. Awareness Debate & Malasaña Thrift Store Tour – January 29th.
2. Seed Planting Workshop – February 12th.
3. Deodorant & Coconut Milk Workshop – March 5th.
4. Zero Waste & Toothpaste Workshop – March 26th.
5. Garbage Factory Day Trip – April 16th.
6. Soap Workshop – May 7th.
7. Plastic Recycling Workshop – May 28th.
The activities will take place on Tuesdays, every 2 weeks at 6pm. We will unloading activity by activity when the day approaches, which you will have access to all the necessary information to attend (in what it consists, place, day ...)
Before end we left a quote from the movie Planet of the Apes that says something like:
“Beware the beast Man, for he is the Devil's pawn, he will make a desert of his home and yours. His wisdom must walk hand and hand with his idiocy. His emotions must rule his brain. He must be a warlike creature who gives battle to everything around him, even himself”.
