Every New Year brings the same pressure: do more.
But “more” only works when you make space for it.
Your day is already full, so the real magic lies in adjusting your routines, not overwhelming yourself.
Small, intentional changes can create powerful habits over time.

You’re in the driver’s seat; we’re simply here to show you how to design the behaviour you want in the year ahead. ✨

#2026

As we step into a new year, be kind to yourself.
Celebrate the little things; they’re not small at all.

PS: This might be the missing piece that turns your behaviour into a habit.

New year. New goals.
But the real change happens in the small moments you usually overlook.

Celebrate the little wins.
They’re often the missing piece that turns effort into a habit.

We fail at new habits because we believe unrealistic timelines.

“Six pack in 6 weeks” sounds motivating; but for most people, it’s neither healthy nor sustainable.

Real change doesn’t come from extreme effort or last-minute dashes.
It comes from small steps repeated over time.

That’s how habits stick, and how people actually succeed.

You can build habits that stick, even when motivation goes up and down.

The key isn’t trying harder.
It’s making the behaviour easier.

Identify the biggest blocker (time, effort, friction)
and simplify one step.
That’s how habits survive real life.

It’s not about doing more.
It’s about taking one step.

Habits aren’t built through motivation or extreme goals,
they’re built through small actions repeated inside your routine.

You don’t need results today for progress to be real.
Start small. Stay consistent. Let change compound.

Most people fail their New Year habits because they start too big.
You don’t need a marathon… you need one small step.

Habits live in your routines, not in your motivation on day one.
Start small. Stay consistent. Build the version of you you're aiming for.

Everyone wants more in the New Year, more exercise, more sleep, more reading…
But with only 24 hours, something has to make space.

If you want 2026 to actually change, you need to design your habits, not just wish for them.

👉 Join the Habits Course and make room for the life you want.

Forget the 21-day rule.
Habits don’t form on a timeline, they form when the right conditions align.

This New Year, you get to design who you become.

Ever stuck on what questions to ask in an interview?

What questions should you ask your employer and what questions should you avoid at all costs?

❌ “What’s the turnover rate here?”
❌ “How much holiday do I get?”
❌ “What does your company do?”

We’ve all heard (or asked) clunky end of interview questions like these.

The problem? They don’t make you stand out. They make you forgettable.

That’s why I created this short guide: “T𝗵𝗲 𝟱 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱.”

I propose to try the GRAMS Method instead, which is used in UX research and prospecting as a way to ask meaningful and memorable questions that elicit better quality insights.

👉 Want to see it in action? Check out my FREE live masterclass where I’ll walk you through how to use the GRAMS Method™ in your next interview.
