The rock and the statue are made of the same material.
What separates them is not talent. It's the work that was put into shaping one of them.
Trading works the same way. Two traders can spend the same years in the market and end up in completely different places. Not because one is smarter or more disciplined. But because one had access to real structure: a way to review their process, a framework for risk, people who've spent careers in markets and can challenge what you think you know.
That's the kind of development that doesn't happen by accident.
The ITI Master's in Trading is built around exactly that. Two years of structured work across market analysis, risk, psychology and ex*****on, alongside faculty who've spent their careers in markets. The first university-accredited Master's in Trading, starting October 2026.
A limited number of scholarships are available to early applicants.

Inconsistent results are not always a strategy problem.
Sometimes, the issue is that your trading style does not match the way you actually operate.
The timeframe you choose affects your preparation time, decision-making speed, capital tolerance, and how much pressure your process can realistically handle.
That is why ITI created Trading Timeframe Fit, a free guide designed to help traders evaluate whether their chosen trading style fits their operating capacity.
Inside the guide:
• Timeframe Fit Scorecard

A commodity chart can look clear and still leave out part of the trade.
In these markets, price action is shaped by more than direction alone.
Supply, seasonality, futures mechanics, contract structure, and derivatives can all change how a move should be read.
That is why commodity markets need a different framework from equities or FX.
The ITI Commodities & Derivatives Course focuses on how these markets actually work, and how traders can understand the forces behind commodity price action.
Starts June 29.

A trade review should not stop at winners and losers.
Looking back at your last 90 days of trades can reveal patterns that are easy to miss when each trade is reviewed on its own.
You may find repeated regime misreads, liquidity chases, oversizing in fragile conditions, rule breaks after a stop run, or even winning trades that still exposed poor process.
That is where the review becomes useful.
Not when it leaves you with a vague note like “be more disciplined,” but when it gives you one clear rule to change before the next session.
This idea comes from ITI’s latest Faculty Roundup, where our faculty reflect on spring 2026 market conditions and what they can teach traders about process, risk, liquidity, and ex*****on.

Rates move. Growth stocks take the hit. But the signal was already in the bond market.
If you're only watching equities, you're seeing the effect. The cause was somewhere else.
The Equities & Fixed Income Markets course is eight weeks of learning how both markets work together.
Live sessions every Tuesday at 18:30 CET. Starts May 4.
