Rebeca Hwang is a Cofounder and CEO of YouNoodle, a startup based in San Francisco focused on building a meaningful platform for entrepreneurs around the world. Rebeca comes from a Chemical Engineering and Civil & Environmental Engineering background and received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from MIT. Having participated and won entrepreneurship competitions at MIT, Rebeca continued her involvement with similar programs when she moved to Stanford to pursue her PhD in Environment and Resources. Rebeca was lead organizer of the Social E-Challenge Competition at Stanford, Co-founded Clean Tech Open (CTO), which is now one of the largest cleantech competitions in the US, and sat on judge panels for numerous competitions including the World Bank Competition. In addition to YouNoodle, Rebeca lectures "High Tech Entrepreneurship" at Stanford University and has been a speaker for the Ministry of Education in Denmark, University of Porto in Portugal, University EAFIT in Colombia, EnterPrize Puerto Rico, IEEE Egypt, Tech de Monterey in Mexico, IIT India, and Global Startup Workshop in Buenos Aires, Norway, Spain, South Africa, and Iceland.

Garrett Gruener

Garrett Gruener is founder of Ask.com and a co-founder of Alta Partners, a venture capital firm. He was also a candidate for the 2003 California recall special election from the Democratic Party, finishing 28th in a field of 135 candidates with 2,562 votes.
Gruener was one of the candidates to aggressively use the Internet to push his message, and also ran campaign ads in selected television markets. However, he was concerned about eventual winner Arnold Schwarzenegger winning and so in the last week of the campaign threw his support to Cruz Bustamante, the primary Democratic candidate. Gruener received $1.07 million in contributions to his committee.
Gruener is a class of '76 UCSD Alumus. He lives with his wife, attorney Amy Slater, and their daughter Dakota Gruener, in Berkeley.

Martin is the partner responsible for establishing IBM Venture Capital Group in EMEA in 2007. In this role Martin identifies and manages IBM engagement with VCs and entrepreneur communities.
In 2010, he co-led the development of IBM Global Entrepreneur Program www.ibm.com/isv/startup. A key element was the worldwide rollout of SmartCamp www.ibmsmartcamp.com and the development of smart city ecosystems.
Martin has previously led business development in some of IBM public sector and healthcare markets. He has worked in the industry for 20 years in a variety of technical, project management and business development roles for firms including PWC Consulting, Masterfoods Europe, H.J.Heinz UK and Bank of
Ireland.
In addition to IBM activities Martin sit an advisory board member on the Innovation Fund Ireland. He was awarded Global Corporate Venturing Personality of the Year in 2012 (on behalf of the IBM team) He has a BSc in information Systems from Trinity College and an MBA from University College Dublin.

Manav joined Intel in January 2005 and today works as a Global Manager -Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Higher Ed at the Corporate Affairs Group. Before moving to the current global role, Manav was working as Head Corporate Affairs for South and West India in which he was responsible for managing government relations and driving strategic programs with the governments on Broadband, Education and Green IT. Mr. Sarasa served as the Chief Executive Officer of Openbravo, until December 2, 2010. He was responsible for overall strategy, management, international expansion and takes a very active role in shaping Openbravo's winning culture.
