Claudia Dakhil Carcovich, myself, as the keeper of the Humanitarian Compass™, I work across four dimensions to support ethical, future-oriented impact:

One compass, many journeys — all rooted in integrity, responsibility, and care.

A small reflection on collective spaces for shaping the future. We definitely need these spaces—yet their true transformative power lies in the coherence and quality of the relationships that make them possible.

At Palau Macaya in Barcelona, we gathered to open a new cycle of reflection on the future of feminism, hosted by Dones pel Futur.

These spaces of dialogue—exploring past, present, and future—are deeply needed. They bring us together, help us reflect, and give voice to collective experiences we are all navigating in different ways.

At Meet & Map, we believe we are living through a collective shift. Around the world, more and more people are stepping forward, expressing the need for change.

And yet, beyond these shared spaces, there is a deeper layer.
True transformation asks for coherence—within ourselves, in our bodies, and in the way we relate to others.

What we ask for externally—recognition, balance, equality—needs to be embodied in how we live and connect.

Because the future is not only built in spaces like these, but in the quality of the relationships that sustain them.

9 dies, 35 joves curiosos, de cultures diverses, 35 històries diferents i amb ganes genuïnes d’aprendre, finalment van descobrir quin és el seu veritable desig a la vida, com es relacionen aquests desitjos amb la seva autoimatge i com aquests modelen les seves identitats, tot això a través d’un projecte anomenat Desire, organitzat per ROES, situat a Grècia, Ελπιδοχώρι / Hopeland.

En aquest projecte, que s’ha dut a terme en una preciosa ecoaldea dins d’un lloc amb molta història, aquests joves han experimentat activitats que els han permès connectar entre ells i amb la natura. Un espai i una situació que els va ajudar a deixar de reprimir les seves veritables identitats i poder alliberar-les a través de moviments de joc, teatre físic, dansa lliure i expressió creativa.

L’ “equip espanyol” de joves que també van poder gaudir d’aquesta experiència va participar a través de Meet&Map, des d’Espanya. Aquest equip està format per 4 joves prometedors:

Clàudia Floro, de Mataró, Maresme.

Miren Heras, Sant Sebastià, País Basc.

Joan Cabanelles, originari de Mallorca, Balears.

Adriàn Morejón, Vallecas, Madrid.

Meet&Map ha format part d’aquest projecte perquè ens mou inspirar i unir els joves per a crear el seu futur.

Youth Atlas és un espai dins de Meet&Map dedicat a enfortir la seva veu, talent i compromís amb l’acció.

En aquesta publicació d’Instagram, podem escoltar els testimonis de la Clàudia i en Joan, preparats i gravats per ells mateixos, sobre l’experiència.

No prior dance experience is needed—just a willingness to explore movement as a form of self-expression.

💃 Join this Youth Exchange, designed to help you:
✅ Gaining confidence in expressing yourself through non-verbal communication, body movement, and creative arts.
✅ Understanding different perspectives on gender equality and learning how to challenge stereotypes.

On December 17, 2014, Meet & Map was registered in the Province of Barcelona. Today, 10 years later, after exploring different sectors and witnessing unprecedented international crises that revealed our double standards as a global community, we understand how genuine cooperation is more needed than ever.

Sustainability and Social Justice are deeply interconnected such as our way of creating cooperation programs through our leadership. Our contradictions within the principles we are driven by will determine if we are coherent and honest in building or rebuilding or just using the wordings to feel safe or be rewarded.

Meet & Map is preparing a new stage in 2025 with six areas and one of them is the core of our purpose: the cooperation between cooperators. The section is called New Compass. To reestablish coherence in the cooperation needs is essential to us, as we are losing plenty of time and resources in competing with each other in this precise field. It is like having doctors promoting illness. We want to tackle this point and for this, we will need your help and will share a survey these days.

We would like to mention special thanks to Institute for Futures and Valkiria Hub Events for hosting our meetings of Globe Trotters for Women Internationalization project in Barcelona. Also to Skills Zone Malta to organize the multiplier event of Globe Trotters in Malta and also to Framework, associazione culturale, for the ability to configure the consortium and compose the proposal.

Together with Skills Zone Malta, Framework, associazione culturale and Institute for Futures, Globe Trotters is finalizing the project with the satisfaction of being able to reflect, learn, meet, and get inspired by women leaders from our past and also from our present time.
We acknowledged that internationalization together with cooperation and design thinking can help us co-create, visualize, and expand.

From Meet & Map, we highlight and emphasize the Global South perspective, on the principles of the international community as we are witnessing one of the most important clashes in history. These are relevant times to drive our professional activities with deep awareness and purpose.

We started with cooperation and after Palestine unfolds the moral compass of our principles as humanity, we are committed to reviewing our individual and collective principles that sustain our systems.
Wings For Hope is our first humanitarian partnership to support the children of Gaza. The highest number of pediatric amputees in history.
