Here is the updated list of the documents necessary for a successful renovation of a student permit.
• Passport copy (first page and the page with signature)
• NIE copy (both sides)
• Spanish Bank certificate (certificado de saldo) (7.000 EUR) with a stamp and a signature
• General conditions + particular conditions of Spanish health insurance (Condiciones particulares y generales). Please bare in mind that he will need private medical Spanish insurance that is special and have 2 conditions (sin carrencias, sin copagos). That means that he will not need to pay anything when he go to any doctor and that he will not have a period of insurance when some medical services could be denied.
• Last paid bill of health insurance
• Designacion de representante (attached please sign in the square and send good scan attached)
• Address registration – empadronamiento (if changed from the last card)
• Certificado de Matricula – university certificate confirming the successful enrollment for a new academic year
• Certificado de Aprovechamiento – university certificate confirming the successful fulfillment of the previous academic year
