For a long time, autumn has been associated with sadness🌧😑Summer's fun, sunshine, and possibilities are all gone, and winter's chill is approaching. The nights, cold air, and the ability to wear multiple layers are just a few of the many things we all “enjoy” about autumn. In anticipation of the coming months, here is a survival guide for what to do🤗

🌤Make the most of the daylight hours by going outside around midday and during the brightest hours. Going out regularly will assist your body in preparing for the colder months. Put on your best clothes and go for a walk. Garden work can also help to make body stronger and avoid getting sick in the autumn:)
🍁🏃‍♂️Exercise – while it may be the last thing you want to do, getting outside and going for a walk, run, or doing some gardening can help. Look the tip above ☝️
🥧Aim to eat well - it's best if you can get fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables. Try to eat colorful food: pumpkin, red apples, mushrooms, yellow pears, etc. They charge your body with some good nutrients will help you survive the winter.
👫Socialize with family and friends – autumn is a great time to organize indoor or outdoor events with your friends. Some people prefer to attend a party, but you can have a great time bonding by participating in an outdoor pumpkin carving event, a barbecue, or a campfire evening. If you are an introvert, you may prefer to stay in a smaller group, which is perfectly fine!
