💃🏽Hey hey beautiful! It’s so good to be back. I’m sure, like most of y’all, life’s been pretty intense these past few months. 🪫 Im sorry I’ve been a little MIA. Sometimes we have to step back and re-evaluate what we’re doing, what we want, and how that looks moving forward, and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing. 🫶
🙌I’m going to share more about my journey via YouTube for a tell all type of video (which will go up later this week 🪩) discussing what I’ve been going through, how I came to this type of connection, and what it means moving forward for my channel, IG page and business.
🕺🏽Im still going to be posting yin yoga content but with a twist on some of my post. I would like to pull from Buddhist and Christian wisdom to help propel our yoga practice to the next level. To find a deeper and more intuitive connection during our practice. Think of it more as secular Buddhism and secular Christianity(old &New Testament). Even if you consider yourself an atheist, we can still learn lessons and understandings from wise teachers… just sayin. 😏I’m so excited to start this journey and to be sharing this sacred part of my life.
☀️Every morning during my practice, I pray to God (them/they for me) and every evening. It’s created a type of unconditional love and unwavering peace that I haven’t experienced before and it’s overall changed my life and my perspective, and I hope it can do the same for you.
