Yes! they are.
Workations have grown in popularity recently, but what they are is still not clear. Is it just another word for sabbatical, is it remote working, is it going on holiday with your laptop?
Combining work and vacation involves working while away from the office, mixing your leisure and work time.
Did you take a workation yet? They're quite fun.

The pandemic upended traditional work-life, sparked concern about careers, and dented confidence about promotions.
However, experts say that now is the time to reassess career goals:
1. Reassess your priorities: Consider how often you want to commute and working hours to find a better work-life balance.
2. Start small: Set fewer goals and rank them in importance
3.Be proactive: Remote workers worry they aren’t ‘seen’ by management so take the initiative to upskill and ask for feedback.
4. See the bigger picture: Try to look beyond the pandemic and imagine where you want to be, but also adopt a flexible mindset.

Cybervetting is when recruiters check the social media profiles of job candidates. Interviewed recruiters found it challenging to avoid personal biases when cybervetting social media profiles and showed that it could lead to discrimination against older or disabled jobseekers, or even those who post photos of themselves drinking alcohol or celebrating religious holidays.

“These are the mummies of kings and queens who ruled during Egypt’s golden age,” said Zahi Hawass, a former minister of antiquities who supervised the discovery of tombs that date back thousands of years. “It’s a thrill, everyone will watch.”
