Last July we set out to redefine the ready-to-drink category. Working with premium spirits, biodynamic wine, and natural ingredients, we created a range of canned fizzy drinks to lift moods and awaken senses. Today I present to you Libertine Blends: the love child of premium ingredients and artisanal craftsmanship.
I can honestly say this is the best cocktail work I’ve done.

A mainstay on the draft cocktail lineup, this fizzy, prickly baby was the first drink globally (we think) to showcase blanche - a delicious un-aged Armagnac we were fortunate to help formulate. A must try next time you’re in Barcelona ❤️🌴

Without question one of the most gifted and dedicated barmen I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I hired him at Lily & Bloom in 2012 and was blown away by his skill set. Clinton is the epitome of integrity, hustle, and focus…and has been since the beginning. Catch him at the Diplomat in Hong Kong ❤️

Heading back to Asia next week for the first time in FIVE 😳 YEARS and I couldn’t be more excited! Hong Kong > Tokyo > Bangkok with the fam from over the span of 12 days ❤️

The last couple of months have flown by so quickly that I’d almost forgotten to mention how proud I am of this little hotel bar that’s been such a big part of my Barcelona experience the past four years.
