Cleavage lines they are the lines along which collagen bundles of dermis mainly arranged, and have many patterns longitudinal as limbs, transvers or circumferential as neck and trunk and circular on sides of head and scapular region. Its importance is in surgical incisions should follow these lines to decrease cutting of collagen bundels for more cosmetic incisions.
