The trick for acing the USMLE Step 1 is by reading, reading, and reading then doing questions, questions, and questions. It doesn't matter really which way you do it but the basics is to read and do questions.

the kaplan DVD is now AVAILABLE @ center el gam3a FOR FREE , the DVD is 8.5 GB and the content is also available for copying on a flash disk (also for free)
thanks to Dr.Mahmoud Edrees for spending over a week downloading and preparing this content for us,
I'm also asking everyone to help each other to spread this content as many of us may not have DVD players or high space flash disks..This is all for Allah's sake

today some of our colleagues in the 4th year asked us to set back our scheduled start point(the 1st of January) a couple of weeks till we finish our round exam in the 13th of January,also many of them haven't purchased or downloaded the needed materials just yet,so we decided to share this request with everybody else in the work group....
