Congratulations Sameh on realising 2 new Personal Bests!!!
4.26 static breathold which although not easy was so much more comfortable than last weeks 4 minutes.
Dynamic Apnea of 80 metres with less wiggles.
I know I kick your butt and give you a hard time but it's worth it to get the results!
